Who we are. This website is operated by Atlas Labs Technologies Ltd (“AtlasLabs”), registered in England and Wales, company no. 17193355, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. For anything in this policy, contact info@atlas-labs.tech.

What we collect. If you request a demo, we collect your name, work email address, and firm. If you correspond with us, we hold that correspondence. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.

Why we process it. We use demo-request details to respond to your enquiry and arrange the demo you asked for. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you contacted us, and responding is the purpose. We do not use your details for marketing, we do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone for their own purposes.

Who processes it on our behalf. Microsoft 365 (email), Resend (sending transactional email), Vercel (website hosting), and GoDaddy (domain services). Resend and Vercel operate in the United States; transfers are covered by those providers’ standard contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it. Demo-request details and related correspondence are kept while the enquiry is active and for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.

Cookies. This website does not set cookies.

Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@atlas-labs.tech. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
