A latency-sensitive estate is engineered. Its performance comes from hundreds of decisions across the kernel, the network and the hardware. On the day it was tuned, it performed the way its engineers intended.

Nothing keeps it that way. Updates arrive with new defaults. Firmware revisions undo old decisions. Workloads move. Hardware is swapped for parts that measure identical and behave differently under load. Each change is reasonable, approved and small, and the estate keeps running through all of them.

Over time the running system drifts from the state it was tuned for. Nothing fails, no alarm goes off, and monitoring reports a healthy estate. The drift only surfaces when someone goes looking: an engineer, retracing months of changes by hand to establish what the estate is actually running.

LPaC does not reconfigure infrastructure and does not act on its own.

The demonstration shows LPaC running against a live environment: the posture, the drift, and the record.
